I searched the forum for a way to increase the font size and the way I found (increase DPI setting in Windows) didn't make a difference at all. I need to play the game at 1360x768 since other resolutions don't work right on my monitor but I am having a hard time reading the text.
I am not sure of a way to increase the size of text in the game, but you may have to decide to use a lower resolution or rely on the the spoken words from NPC's .
