I hope you had a good day and the night goes well. I think it will not be too long before I am not posting regularly on this thread. Don't worry mods, I won't screw up all the other threads. I'm just tired of thinking of interesting things to say, and in fact, there hasn't been much of any real content for some time now. So maybe it's time to just post when I feel like it. Nobody asked me to do any differently anyhow, I just somehow got it into my head that I should. My life isn't going so well right now, and I think I need to take some time to rectify that. To all who will sleep tonight on this side of the earth, The Last Nightly Mission: Heal yourself while you are sleeping...maybe you will find heart in your dreams. Don't lose sight of your dreams...take them with you into the morning. I will always be happy that you woke up...remember that. May the Lady smile on all of us. G'Night.
Regular postings or not, your loyal fanboys will be here for you, O Queen, should you need us. Hope your issues find quick, painless, and satisfactory settlement!
You don't have to say anything "interesting", Your Highness. Just say what's on your mind or what happened today. And, of course, smack your loyal Royal PITA. :joy:
I hope you had a good day and the night went well. Going down our driveway to work tonight, the biggest rabbit I've ever seen hopped (leaped actually) across in front of my car. Must be one of those marsh rabbits I read about. So there are a few rabbits around, in spite of foxes, weasels and owls. The other times I have seen a rabbit, twice I believe, they were small. So. Are the little ones young marsh rabbits? Stands to reason they are, given the nature of rabbits. We have a brand new icemaker. So far tonight, the only problems I've had are an alarm malfunction and a cam that appears frozen. Tomorrow night (actually tonight) is party night for many people. Not for me, I'm working. Since Lexi entered the household, I've had my hair tied back in a ponytail. She bats at it once in awhile, when she's on my shoulder, or on the bed when I am sleeping (or trying to). Last night, I had it down. My hair is quite long now, to the middle of my back I think. It was spread out, more or less, on the pillow. She had a great time. I like my hair played with, so unless she got so carried away that her claws hit my scalp (did a few times), I enjoyed it too. Hope you sleep well...and wake up in the morning. May the Lady smile on you and me too.
I hope you had a good day and the night goes well. It was warm enough today to bring out a couple of lonely hungry honeybees. The loquat tree seems to spout up new flowers every time it gets above freezing, lucky for the bees. And the buzzards were circling around overhead again. For a couple of mornings at work, when I'd leave, I'd hear this horrible bird call, more than one from the sound of it. It is an impossible sound to describe, kind of like 5 semi trucks blasting their horns away at the same time, only about an octave higher Mix in a few bullfrogs, about the size of a dog, and one goose. That's as close as I can get to what it sounded like. I kept wondering what kind of bird it was, thinking possibly a loon, but I didn't think loons lived in the South. Finally, the other morning, I saw the birds that made the sound...a flock of cranes. They are strange birds, indeed. Except for Lexi unrolling and tearing up an entire roll of toilet paper, that's all of note from me. I hope you wake up tomorrow morning! May the Lady smile on you and me too.
i heard lots of birds have lost their lives and fell from the sky in usa. maybe some confused bird from africa is in your hometown. id go picture hunting if i were you. or even some kind of lure, maybe the little mr is freezing in this cold.
Never very far away, the Queen peers out from behind her fan, brows raised, wondering what mischief her fanboys are creating now...
Gets out her book of Disruptive Things That Bored Fan Boys Have Done and starts flipping pages. Her book of DIY Explosive Devices lays at her feet. Under it is yet another book, Queenly Punishment Practices. She only hopes she can read faster than the fan boys can manage to put together whatever device it is that they are making...
The Queen pats GA82 on the shoulder, "Don't worry GA82, I'll take care of that dastardly Emirkol. For once, it appears that you can take your helmet off and relax."
