    As you mentioned that your running the game with Vista, you may want to make sure that you have the game set up with the setting of administrator. I have read that without that clicked, the game can be buggy with Vista.

    That's almost certainly a proto issue or script issue with the hemlock, not a system problem. Strange that no one else has complained of it though ... I'll have a look at it.

    I couldn't reproduce any crashes with the hemlock. Moving this to the gog thread ...

    Hello

    I hope this is the right place for this. I haven’t been to the site in a long time and was hoping for some help. I have downloaded TOEE from GOG and have installed the CO8 modpack 4.0 as for some reason the latest MOD won't download properly. Now when I start the game it now crashes at the beginning. Has anyone else had problems with the GOG version? I believe it has the latest patch and also can anyone direct me to the latest MOD.

    i am trying to install the new mod but it ways " Error:ToEEFE from the Temple of Elemental Evil Root folder".

    Does this mean I am supposed to copy all the extracted files to the root folder?

    I do not use the GoG version but my own answer would be Yes. That is normal for many games I install. Everything needs to be in one area so the game will recognize all the sub folders and routines.
