You are talking about a pure siamese or maybe a burmese cat. Lexi is half siamese imo. They are often black and with yellow eyes, although I have seen blue and green eyed half siamese. She has the face and body structure...definitely has the personality. They are NOT evil. They are demanding and mischievous and require a lot of attention, much more so than other cats and they do have a temper. Siamese cats are considered more intelligent than other cats and may often be smarter than their um human.
Someone is looking for a bashing...hums away while thinking about that. Decides you are mostly right on the overgrown mice, though. Maybe.
I hope you had a good day and the night went well. Alex and Lexi are meeting as I write. Alex is, of course, interested in who this upstart is, and the upstart is batting Alex. Then dashing away under the bed, hiding behind the bedspread (actually a thin comforter). It appears Lexi is a guerrilla cat. Alex is not displaying the body language that he normally does when he's in 'fight mode,' but he isn't much liking Lexi's hit and run tactics, either. He's batted back a few times. Lexi appears to be playing. I think. And Alex is just carefully watching. So we'll see how it goes.... Lexi is playing with a toy mouse. And not trying to raise it. To all who sleep tonight on this side of the earth, The Nightly Mission: Sleep and hope the cats don't play footsie on your head. Wake up in the morning and both cats are fine. May the Lady smile on me and you too. G'Night!
I hope you had a good day and the night is going well. Today is always a sad day for me...reminds me too much of my brother. But he is gone, and others aren't...a prayer for all of you who served your country. I left little Lexi home alone with big Alex. I hope all is well when I get home tomorrow morning. They were sleeping with me today, and Alex didn't seem to mind Lexi touching him, as long as he didn't have to acknowledge it. In other words, as long as he was facing the other way. They are still scuffling some over who eats out of which food bowl, but seem to have no problems over the water bowl. I'll know how things went, I suppose, when I get home and how much damage there is to things... To all who sleep tonight on this side of the earth, The Nightly Mission: Be glad you have a bed to sleep in...there are many who don't. And be glad when the morning comes, as it always does. May the Lady smile on me and you too. G'Night.
Cats make loyal, loving companions, but never forget if your sizes were reversed they would happily torture then est you.
So would chickens and many other animals. By this reasoning, if the sizes had been reversed for dogs...they might never have been tamed. Imo, this actually isn't a valid argument.
Dogs are pack animals they respect authority in fact they are tamed wolves. A child can boss around a Great Dane. In fact cats can boss around Great Danes Cats are indviduals who strive to assert their authority by hook or by crook. I know I regularily get dragged out of bed at 5:30 am to feed my girl friend's familiar.
On a slightly different tangent. You mention certain stages of the moon. I assume that you follow some kind of Wiccan belief. So if a lady scorned was going to enact a terrible revenge, on a philander would she strike when the moon was full or dark? This for a script I'm working on, and it is in no way autobiological.
That would be a physical attack this involves an act which keeps him close to her heart without the ability to stray.
Not exactly Wiccan. More or less Pagan. The full moon then. You are basically talking about a love charm, I believe. Easy enough to find online, so google it. When you want to add to an effect, do it when the moon is gaining strength, to take away from an effect, or lessen it, do it when the moon is losing strength.
